From my understanding, there will be no more shipments to the stores that have been selling them. After speaking with the Lance Armstrong Foundation, the only place that will have them is the foundation itself. However, currently there is a HUGE backorder for product. They apparently have allready sold their next 3 shipments (taking them into the middle of Septmeber before getting any more to sell to the public).

Just because the bands are backordered doesn't mean you can't place an order. My friend ordered a 10 pack at the end of July and it came in 2-3 weeks. Not sure why someone would want to pay $10 for one band, just to get it sooner. Also, the LAF sends them to countries all over the world, not just the USA.
For those of you who "only want one", don't be cheap. Buy a 10-pack and give them to your friends and family, for crying out loud.

Hi ,I recently met a guy who was wearing the livestrong braclet. He then explained the program and I found it very interesting due to the fact that my brother had four different types of cancer. He had the exact one Lance had and carried the torch in Spokane. He got to meet Lance Armstrong and he has been a great person for men that have cancer. My brother Ron Howell is now going to school to be a nurse because the great work and support he got during his hard times. These wrist bands are no longer being sold... They set the goal at 6 million and have sold over 7 million... you have to get them directly from the Lance Armstrong Foundation or nike

These wristbands are the biggest fad at my highshool. Your not cool unless you have one. I don't, i would love to support this foundation!; but there is no way to purchase them. My dad has prostate cancer. It was a late detection. He's still living with cancer. It's been a month since he's been in the hospital. I hope one day he'll get better.
I regret not having a good relationship in the past, and we are currently working to gain a stronger one.
I plan on buying one to support research that will maybe save my dad's life. I'll also pray to God. Maybe some people here can pray too.

I have been looking everywhere for the livestrong bracelets. I really would like to get one. I went to the Wear Yellow Store Locator to see where they have them in my area and it says that there is a few places. I just wanted to know if the store locator is correct and where i might be able to buy them.

If I had to buy yellow and pink wristbands in stores, I would go to the Discovery Channel Store for LiveStrong Wristbands and a Target Store for Target Pink Breast Cancer Awareness Wristbands. I would call these stores first to make sure they had stock available.
However, the most reliable option is to buy both these wristbands on-line, as I have indicated.

The reason that you only find yellow is that is the only color in which the LiveStrong wristband is actually produced. Wristbands in other colors (such as pink) are supposed to represent other causes/types of cancer. If you see a wristband that says "LiveStrong" in a color other than yellow, it is probably counterfeit.

Although the LIVESTRONG bracelets are quickly becoming a "trend" we need to remeber this is not the purpose of the bracelet. The intent of LIVESTRONG is to support cancer victims. It encourages those living with cancer to live life to the fullest, to "LIVESTRONG". The website offers support and research news on cancer. So while it may be "cool" to wear them, let's not forget the keep those living with cancer in our prayers every time we see the bracelet.

I got a livestrong bracelet. They are fantastic. My uncle had them as his sister had come over from America at Christmas and brought him some. I was at his house for New Year's Eve and spotted his. I asked him where he got it as NOWHERE in Ireland has them(i inquired at a shop and they told me that nowhere in Ireland had them). I am only 14 and wear it to remind me not to drink or smoke as too many people in my year go out and get drunk every weekend and aren't well enough to come in on Monday. I wear an adult one and have seen a few photographs, but is it supposed to be so big aroung your wrist? Is this just because your wrist is the smallest part of your arm? Can you wear it in the shower? Will the water just run off because it is silicon? Also, I looked at my packaging and it does not have the nike swoosh on the front, but it does on the back, it has the price($1), it says the piece asking you to wear it on the back and it also has wearyellow.com and laf.com on the back beside the little laf symbol of lance on a bike.
