I founded Operation Gadget in November 2003. I have a big interest in fitness gadgets, tech gadgets in general, toys, and technology that's used in competitive sports events.

I'm really into ice hockey officiating. I've been a member of the USA Hockey Officiating Program for over 25 years and is also a member of the men's and women's ice hockey officiating staff of the ECAC, the National Ice Hockey Officials' Association, and the Eastern Collegiate Hockey Officials Association (ECHOA). I have officiated at prestigious amateur ice hockey tournaments including the 2005 Chicago Showcase, many USA Hockey National Championships, and many NJSIAA State Championships.

I train for officiating by riding his bike, jogging, and in-line skating. I'm finally returning to 5 and 10-kilometer running races in the Philadelphia area, after several years away from them.

My day job is CEO of After6 Services LLC, a mobile app development and web publishing consulting firm. After6 develops large, complex websites that contain relational databases. We provide Movable Type technical support and consulting services, and work on other CMS systems as well. I have more than 20 years experience in corporate Information Technology and the consulting business.

I graduated with a B.S. in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where I was on the men's ice hockey team for four years and the lacrosse teams for one. I'm lucky to be married to Kathleen Kuykendall Aiello, MD, a board-certified pediatrician in practice at Southern Jersey Family Medical Center. Our two sons are Jimmy and Peter.
