User Comment Capability Restored

Fellow Movable Type publishing system consultant Chad Everett pointed out that the Operation Gadget comment mechanism wasn't functioning properly. It took a while to determine what the problem was, but I corrected it.

You are free to leave comments on Operation Gadget again.
