1st Week of June 2005 Workouts

Here's a quick summary of the workouts that I did last week:

  • Monday, May 30: Memorial Day. Spent time with my family.
  • Tuesday, May 31: At the Wachovia Cycling Series race in Lancaster, PA.
  • Wednesday, June 1: Attended a daytime event related to my wife's job.
  • Thursday, June 2: At the Wachovia Cycling Series race in Trenton, NJ.
  • Friday, June 3: Heavy rain.
  • Saturday, June 4: Household move preparation.
  • Sunday, June 5: At the Wachovia USPRO Championship in Philadelphia, PA. 6.2 mile bike ride in 28 minutes.

This week I had practically no time to train, mostly because of the amount of time I spent covering the Wachovia Cycling Series. It's hard to believe, but it was even more time consuming to cover pro races in my local area than to cover them in another part of the country.

I exercised for 28 minutes, and burned 345 calories. Yes that's all.
