In his continuing quest for information about the Danger / Sidekick II Server Outage, Martin O'Donnell pointed out the following threads from Hiptop.com:

• Acknowledgement of the outage, posted this afternoon.
• One user reported that the system was promised to be back up by 9:00am today, but that didn't happen.
• There's lots of general complaining about Danger's lack of communication.

There is also a thread that alleges that moderators on Hiptop.com censor unfavorable comments about Danger, Inc. and T-Mobile. Other comments suggest that most of the postings that have been purged are from forum users who are known to Danger, Inc. to have multiple IDs on the system and are repeating themselves.

Finally I'd like to point out that the problems that Sidekick II users are having do not appear to have much to do with the T-Mobile cellular infrastructure. There is no indication that these problems are related to a GPRS network problem.
