Camera-less Treo 600 May be Shipped by Sprint PCS in April

MobileTracker and a number of other websites have reported that Sprint PCS will ship a version of the Treo 600 without a camera. According to these reports, the option will be available as early as April 21.

Everyone I know who has a Treo 600 loves it. But, the presence of a camera in its design can be impediment to selling it in certain markets. I think that offering the Treo 600 without a camera makes a lot of sense.

I agree that a camera-less Treo 600 needs to be offered. I would like to replace my T-Mobile Sidekick with one of them, however, my place of employment does not allow camera phones in the facility. If this becomes reality for the T-Mobile version, I'll be an owner of one soon.
